Effective July 24, 2026 — Hard Time: Prison Workout
Hard Time collects no data. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Everything the app knows about you lives on your phone.
Your workout history, daily counts, streaks, program progress, and placement-quiz answers are stored only on your device (and in your device backups). They are never uploaded, shared, or seen by us — the app has no server.
If you turn on Yard Calls, the app schedules local reminders on your device. These never leave your phone, and you can turn them off any time in Settings.
The app makes no network requests during normal use. If you choose to rate the app, Apple's standard in-app rating dialog is provided by iOS and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The share cards you create (Time Served and Released posters) are generated on your device and only go where you choose to send them.
The app is rated for ages 16 and up and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
